PD PowerStrand® is characterized by far better physical properties compare to E-glass fibres. Particularly higher tensile strength and increased impact resistance are the most important properties for this glass fibre type. Key facts for many applications are positive properties such as low dead weight, fire and smoke protection, sound insulation as well as radio and radar permeability.
   
The export of PD PowerStrand® can be subject to authorization. Each exporter is responsible to observe the regulations in his country. Additional import/export regulations from other countries might be relevant.
