PD aitec® coated fibres

Our coatings are always used when temperature stability, UV- or chemical resistance are the main focus of your application. Furthermore, P-D aitec® coated fibres are characterized by excellent abrasion resistance.

 

Depending on your application, our single fibres are coated with PTFE, acrylic or PU and processed into yarns or twisted yarns - also in combination with e.g. steel. Densities from 11 to 4000 tex guarantee an optimal solution for the most diverse customer processes. 

 

Coatings with primer, kevlar or silicone are also possible.

 

aitec® coated fibres are used as the main material in finished products or as high-quality machine sewing yarns for assemblies. We find application examples in all areas of industry, mainly in the automotive and aviation industries, for fire protection and in high-performance insulations.
