® PD aitec PTFE OSCHATZ-GLAS bietet mit PD aitec® Fasern eine breite Produktpalette von imprägnierten Spezialgar- nen, die in technischen Geweben in der Industrie, aber auch im privaten Bereich, wo Hitze- und Brand- schutz sowie Leistungsfähigkeit im Fokus stehen, einsetzbar sind. PD aitec® Fasern verfügen je nach Beschichtungsmaterial über immens verbesserte Eigenschaften hinsichtich Festigkeit, Reib-, Hitze- und chemischer Beständigkeit. Das zahlt sich beson- ders in Kraftwerken, beim Brandschutz oder in Hoch- leistungsisolationen aus. Gewebe aus PTFE- beschichteten Fasern finden aufgrund ihrer hervorra- genden Gleit- und Antihafteigenschaften Einsatz in Förderbändern für die Lebensmittelindustrie. Depending on the coating material, PD aitec® fibers have immensely improved properties in terms of strength, friction, heat and chemical resistance. This pays dividends particularly in power stations, fire protection or high- performance insulations. Fabrics made of PTFE- coated fibers are used in conveyor belts for the food industry due to their excellent sliding and non-stick properties.
